During October, the weather in Bhadohi is generally warm and pleasant, with temperatures typically ranging between 23°C and 32°C.

Yes. The Carpet Export Promotion Council may issue a visa recommendation letter to eligible overseas buyers visiting the 50th India Carpet Expo.

Airport transfers may be arranged for selected and pre-registered overseas buyers in accordance with CEPC guidelines.
Eligible buyers will be informed separately about the pickup schedule, designated airport, hotel arrangements and other transportation details. Buyers should not make assumptions regarding complimentary transfers until they receive written confirmation from CEPC.
The nearest airport to the venue is Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi (VNS).
CEPC may provide a complimentary hospitality package to selected overseas buyers from approved countries, subject to eligibility, prior registration, verification and applicable Government of India guidelines.
The package may include hotel accommodation and transportation between the designated hotel and the exhibition venue. The exact benefits, duration of stay and applicable terms and conditions will be communicated directly to approved buyers.
Buyers who are not covered under the complimentary package may book accommodation independently in Bhadohi or Varanasi. All guests must present a valid passport or other government-approved photo identification at check-in.

Registration and entry are subject to verification and approval by the Carpet Export Promotion Council.
Exhibitor participation is open to eligible member-exporters of the Carpet Export Promotion Council, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria, participation guidelines, stall availability and approval by CEPC.

Importing handmade carpets, rugs and other floor coverings from India is generally a straightforward process. Overseas buyers can finalise their product specifications, prices, quantities, delivery schedules and payment terms directly with participating Indian exporters.
The Indian exporter will complete the required export procedures and documentation in accordance with Indian regulations. However, overseas buyers should verify the applicable import duties, taxes, product standards, labelling requirements and customs procedures in their own country.
