Hospitality Package for Selected Overseas Buyers
The Council is pleased to offer a special hospitality package to support the participation of selected overseas buyers at the exhibition. This package is extended to buyers identified and approved by the Council under its buyer invitation programme. Details of the package are outlined below.
1. Airfare Subsidy (Reimbursement)
Selected eligible overseas buyers will be provided reimbursement towards airfare as a subsidy, based on the following categories:
US $700 for the Buyers from
Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Kenya, Libya, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Peru, U.S.A., Uruguay & Zimbabwe
US $700 for the BRICS:
Brazil, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and United Arab Emirates
US $500 for the Buyers Other than Above
2. Complimentary Hotel Accommodation

Selected eligible buyers will be provided complimentary accommodation for up to two (2) nights at a designated 5-star hotel, including: Room accommodation with breakfast
3. Shuttle/transportation from the airport to the designated hotel, and from the hotel to the exhibition venue

The Council will also host an exclusive Networking Dinner for participating overseas BRICS buyers — an opportunity to connect with fellow international buyers and leading Indian carpet exporters in an informal setting.

Terms & Conditions :
The above hospitality support is subject to prior confirmation by CEPC, eligibility and availability, and will be provided in accordance with the applicable guidelines and terms of the Council.
The extension of the hospitality package to selected overseas buyers shall be at the sole discretion of the Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC). The Council reserves the right to determine the eligibility and selection of buyers for the hospitality support, and its decision in this regard shall be final. The hospitality package is subject to applicable terms, conditions, availability and verification of the information/documents submitted by the buyer.
3.The airfare subsidy will be reimbursed subject to submission of the required travel documents and compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of CEPC.
