An extra 10% applies for 2-side open corner stands. Fair Directory Charges (Compulsory): Rs. 4000.00 + 18% GST.
How to Book Space:
1. Kindly make 50 % payment of the Total Participation Charges. Click Here to view the Bank Details (Payment through Cheque will not be accepted)
2. Click here to fill the Online Space Booking Form (after making 50 % Payment)
BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY ON RECEIPT OF THE ONLINE SPACE FORM AND 50% AS THE BOOKING AMOUNT.
Last date of Booking: 15th March 2026
Withdrawal of Participation will be subject to the following deadlines:
On or before 15th March 2026: No deduction will be made on cancellation of the booking of space.
After 15th March 2026 and up to 22nd March 2026: A deduction of 25% shall be made on the total participation fees of the space booked.
After 23rd March 2026: No refund shall be made by the Council.
