We are pleased to inform you that the 50th India Carpet Expo, Bhadohi, the Golden Jubilee Edition of India’s premier handmade Carpet Expo , is scheduled to be held from 4–7 October 2026. We cordially invite all members to participate in this prestigious landmark event and take advantage of the valuable opportunities it offers to showcase their products, connect with leading international buyers, explore new markets, and strengthen their global business presence.

The 50th India Carpet Expo (ICE) marks the prestigious Golden Jubilee Edition of India’s flagship carpet and floor-covering exhibition, celebrating five decades of promoting India’s rich handmade carpet heritage and strengthening its position in the global marketplace. This edition assumes added significance in view of India’s BRICS Presidency in 2026, with a special strategic focus on BRICS markets. The Expo will provide a focused platform for member-exporters to connect with buyers from BRICS economies, identify new sourcing and market opportunities, strengthen business-to-business linkages, and promote Indian handmade carpets and floor coverings across these emerging markets. The Golden Jubilee Edition thus represents both a celebration of ICE’s remarkable journey and an opportunity to advance India’s export interests and deepen commercial engagement with the wider BRICS business community.

 We are pleased to inform you that the event is approved under the Market Access Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India for Financial Assistance .

Booking Instructions :

1. Payment Terms: Members are required to pay 50% advance of the total participation charges along with the online booking form. Space will be booked only on receipt of the advance payment along with duly filled online booking form.

Instructions :

1. Commencement of Booking: Online booking for the Expo will commence on 20 August 2026 at 11:30 AM. The official booking link will be shared on 20th August 2026 at 11:30 AM.

2. Mandatory Booking Form & Payment: Booking shall be considered complete only upon submission of the duly filled Booking Form, along with the prescribed 50% advance payment.

3. No Payment Before Booking Opens: Members are strictly advised not to make any advance payment before 20 August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Any payment received prior to the commencement of booking shall not be considered for confirmation of space.

4. Confirmation of Booking: Space allotment will be made on a First-Come, First-Served basis, strictly upon receipt of the duly completed Booking Form along with the prescribed 50% advance payment. 

5. Confirmation of Booking: Space allotment will be made on a First-Come, First-Served basis, strictly upon receipt of the duly completed Booking Form along with the prescribed 50% advance payment. (Any amount already lying with the Council shall not be considered as advance payment for the 50th India Carpet Expo and shall be adjusted against the final payment payable for the event)

8. Cancellation Charges: 

   • If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council On or before 10th September 2026:  No deduction will be made.

   • If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council after 10th September to 15th  September  2026: 25% deduction will be made on the total participation fees of the space booked by the participants.

   • If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council  After 15th September 2026: No refund shall be made by the Council.
