Important Notes:

• GST @ 18% is applicable on the above rates.

• First-come, first-served basis for ad placements. CEPC reserves the right to allocate slots at its discretion.

• Payment confirmation is based on credit received in CEPC’s account.

• Members may make payments using the Online Payment Gateway

• After making the payment, kindly send an email to anuj@cepc.co.in with payment details and your desired advertisement package.

• Payment Processing Guidelines:

  • For online payments, the "Success" receipt will be considered as confirmation.

  • For NEFT/RTGS, the credit date in CEPC’s account will be considered.

Terms & Conditions:

• CEPC is not responsible for any payment delays or delay in email communication.

• CEPC reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement request.

• No cancellation requests will be entertained.

• All Advertisements/sponsor gifts are subject to CEPC’s approval.

• Advertisers will receive entry badges for two persons.

• Sponsorship benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• CEPC reserves the right to modify Advertisement placements and branding locations if necessary.

• The Last date of booking is 21st March 2025.
