INDIA CARPET EXPO - Circular Space Booking

We are pleased to inform you that the Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing the 49th Edition of India Carpet Expo, a sourcing platform for Handmade Carpets and Other Floor Coverings from 11-14 October 2025 at Carpet Expo Mart, Bhadohi.

India Carpet Expo has established itself as one of Asia’s biggest Handmade carpets shows with its ever-growing patronage from buyers all over the world. It offers tremendous business opportunities for our member-exporters as various prominent Overseas Handmade Carpet Buyers from all over the world attend this Expo. We are pleased to share that the Council has already started inviting overseas buyers and receiving confirmations from them as well.

Members from Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan can also avail Subsidy from respective state Government departments such as the Export Promotion Bureau, Uttar Pradesh, District Industries Centres, ODOP, Rajasthan Export Promotion Council, and the Haryana Industries and Commerce Department. Council offers an attractive complimentary package of Airfare subsidy and complimentary hotel accommodation for 2 nights in Varanasi to the Selected Buyers from approved countries as per the Guidelines of the Government of India. Payment Terms: Members are required to pay 50% advance along with the online booking form. Space will be booked only on receipt of the advance payment along with duly filled online booking form and stand will be allotted after receipt of full payment on first cum first serve basis.

Cancellation Charges:

If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council On or before 20th September 2025

No deduction will be made.

If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council after 20th September to 30th September 2025

25% deduction will be made on the total participation fees of the space booked by the participants.

If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council After 30th September 2025

No refund shall be made by the Council.
