Sub.: Inviting participation in the 48th INDIA CARPET EXPO, 14-17 April 2025, at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), New Delhi,
Dear Member,
We are pleased to inform you that the committee of administration members of CEPC in the COA Meeting held on 4th December 2024 discussed and deliberated on organizing the 48th India Carpet Expo at New Delhi in April 2025 and the final decision was taken in the meeting of committee members yesterday for organizing the event from 14-17 April 2025 at Bharat Madapam, New Delhi.
We are pleased to inform you that the Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing the 48th Edition of India Carpet Expo, a sourcing platform for Handmade Carpets and Other Floor Coverings from 14-17 April 2025 at Bharat Mandapam(Pragati Maidan), New Delhi.
India Carpet Expo has established itself as one of Asia’s biggest Handmade carpet shows with its ever-growing patronage from buyers all over the world. It offers tremendous business opportunities for our member exporters as various prominent Overseas Handmade Carpet Buyers from all over the world attend this Expo. We are pleased to share that the Council has already started inviting overseas buyers and receiving confirmation from them as well.
We invite participation from our member exporters.
The details of the participation charges and other facilities are as under:
Built-up stand with a table, chairs, spotlights, fascia name, and carpeted flooring are used for each stand. @ Rs. 9700 + 18% GST
Bare Space @ Rs. 8200 + 18% GST
Corner Stand @ Kindly Note that 10% extra for 2 side open corner stands will be applicable on the entire booth space taken without partition
Fair Directory Charges (Compulsory) : Rs.4000.00 + 18% GST
**(The Council may refund part of participation charges as reimbursement subject to approval and reimbursement received by the Council from the MAI Department , Ministry of Commerce
How to Book Space:
We request the members to kindly make a 50 % payment using the Online Payment Gateway (Payment through Cheque will not be accepted. Online payment gateways to be used for making payments)

BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY ON RECEIPT OF THE ONLINE SPACE FORM AND 50% AS THE BOOKING AMOUNT.
Last date of Booking: 20th February 2025
Cancellation Charges:
If the request for cancellation of the booking of space of participant is received by the Council on or before 20th February 2025. No deduction will be made.
If the request for cancellation of the booking of space of participant is received by the Council after 20th February 2025 up to 14th March 2025. 25% deduction will be made on the total participation fees of the space booked by the participants.
If request for cancellation of booking of space of participant is received by the Council after 15th March 2025. No refund shall be made by the Council.
Council offers an attractive complimentary package of Airfare subsidy and complimentary hotel accommodation for 2 nights in Delhi to the Selected Buyers from approved countries as per the Guidelines of the Government of India. The Council reserves its right to accept or reject any application for participation in the above Expo, without assigning any reason.
